Научная база о пользе Палео

Я знаю - многих волнует вопрос: есть ли научная основа о реальной пользе Палеолитической диеты и образа жизни. Их масса и научная база, уверяю вас, будет еще пополняться, но вот для того, чтобы у вас все было в одном месте, привожу список научных референсов ниже (отдельное спасибо Mark's Daily Apple за работу по обобщению материала). Источники на английском языке, на русском такие исследования наврядли будут скоро проводиться.
